We are an investment, development, brokerage, consulting, and management firm headquartered in San Diego, California and have been active in the real estate industry since 1978. We specialize in obtaining project entitlements and managing all aspects of development from conception to completion, and acquire office buildings, shopping centers, and apartment complexes for our own use and related entities. We find success in staying ahead of emerging marketplaces and upholding our reputation as responsible developers in the communities we work.
About the President
The principal shareholder is Irv Okovita who has a wide range of expertise in residential and commercial development, asset and property management, finance, construction management, brokerage and marketing. Mr. Okovita works with various local, state, and federal government agencies to obtain project entitlements and acts as a investment adviser to foreign corporations and individuals. Mr. Okovita has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Loyola University and a post graduate degree in education from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
